“ The leather goods supplied were made from genuine leather from cows in the

Republic of South Africa. These animals are bred locally on a farm for commercial and industrial purposes and are not on the endangered species list. To the best of our knowledge these animals were free from disease at the time of

slaughter/shearing. All leather was cured and tanned according to CITES and government regulations (National Environmental Biodiversity Act) at a South African tannery. All goods were manufactured on our premises in Cape Town.

Colour and texture of leather may vary and change over time, which will add to the beauty and age of the product. To ensure I remain at my best please use a damp cloth or leather cream regularly to wipe me clean “

    Mazee Creations is a business in the fashion industry that manufactures and sells handbags and other items.
  2. Delivery policy
    Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 5 days and delivery confirmed by way email . Mazee uses The Courier Guy to fulfil all deliveries. Delivery cost is available at checkout.
  3. Export restriction
    The offering on this website is available to South African clients as well as international ones. International shipping is calculated on an order by order basis and needs to be arranged via email after the order is placed.
  4. Return and Refunds policy
    The provision of goods and services by Mazee Creations is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Mazee Creations will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 0% administration fee.
    Exchanges
    Here at Mazee we want our customers to be completely satisfied and ensure that you love the items you purchase as much as we do. If you have changed your mind on a purchase we will gladly exchange your item or refund your original method of payment provided that:

    • You return the item within 30 days (inclusive) from the date of purchase.
    • Items have not been used, damaged or worn at any time
    • Items are returned in original packaging

    Mazee Creations shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, “personal information” shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA).   6. Payment options accepted
    Payment may be made via Visa and MasterCard and other offerings as detailed on the checkout page. Payment is made through our Payment Gateway – PayGate.
  7. Card acquiring and security
    Card transactions will be acquired for Mazee Creations via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.
  8. Customer details separate from card details
    Customer details will be stored by Mazee Creations separately from card details which are entered by the client on PayGate’s secure site. For more detail on PayGate refer to www.paygate.co.za.
  9. Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency
    The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).
  10. Responsibility
    Mazee Creations takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including the sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.
